Investigation of the molecular mechanisms of STAT3 mediated regulator of HPV infection and cervical carcinogenesis
ABSTRACT:
Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are the most abundant free radicals in nature. ROS(reactive oxygen species) can cause protein, lipid, DNA damage and malignant tumors. Cervical cancer is one of the major health problem in developing countries. The JAK/STAT signaling pathways transmits signal from many companies, and growth factors receptors to target gene in the nucleus. Signal transducer and activators of transcription -3 (STAT-3) is one of six members of a family of transcription factors. This factors has now been associated with inflammation, invasion, metasis of cancer. STAT3 is constitively active in tumor cells but not in normal cells. Hyperactivation or inactivation of STAT3 result in human disease. STAT3 function is central to health. Our goal is to “investigation of the molecular mechanisms of STAT3 mediated regulation of HPV infection and cervical carcinogenesis.”

INTRODUCTION:
Human papillomavirus is the most common sexually transmitted infection in the world. Papillomavirus possess a genome of 8 kilobase encoding 8 open reading frames(ORFs). Human papillomavirus (HPV) types play an important role in cervical carcinogenesis. Cervical cancer is the major reproductive health problem of women globally, with incident of about 132000 and mortality of 74000.STAT3 transmits signals from many companies. Infection with genital human papiliomavirus (HPVs) is the cause of cervical cancer. The infection is widespread. HPVs(human papillomavirus) infect epithelial cells and cause a cervical neoplasia and cancer. Approximately 20% of the human effected HPVs disease. Cervical is a cancer caused by human papilloma virus. Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer and leading cause of death in women worldwide. The human patioma virus (HPVs) is sexually transmitted double stranded DNA virus. STAT3 is constitubely active during cervical carcinogenedmaia.
EPIDEMIOLOGY OF THE DISEASE:
Epidemiologyisthestudyofcontrolofdisease.Epidemiologyisthestudyofstrengthing educationandresearchinthefieldofpublichealth.Approximately,6.2 million HPVs population infections occurs every year. HIV spread by skin to skin sexual contact.
CONCLUSION:
In modern days, technology is available to detect HPV infection. The HPV vaccine is also likely to evolve further to prevent this
