BIOVISUALIZATION
Abstract:
Biovisualization (bio+visualization) is the study the use of interactive data at the genomic, cellular, molecular organisms and population levels. We know that bio means study of living organism. Visualization is a technique for creating images, diagrams or animations. Generally, Visualization is to produce pictures. Biovisualization improved understanding of disease presentation, response to therapy and health care delivery processes. Biovisualization as a way to communicate cell data in 3-dimensonal space. So, bio-visualization is a visualization of biological system.

INTRODUCTION:
Biovisualization is the premier international and national interdisciplinary event for visualization in biology. Visualization is to produce pictures. In 16th century there was neither art nor science in our modern sense, but twenty one century ,technology increase day by day. 3D technology is not new; research on 3D started back in early 1960’s. In our daily life (from cinema to office to home) rapidly entered to 3D technology. Dr. Mc Gill’s has done leveraging the powerful animation tools used in hollywood movies produced by Disney and Pixar. Mc Gill et al have adapted Maya(3D animation tools in the industry) for molecular vision. The rapidly increasing amount of data being gathered in biological research. 3D technologies are making in medicine. BioVisualization software platform as a tool for enabling effective data mining. Today we face many challenges. The rapidly increasing amount of data in biological experiment calls for effective data analysis. Visual data analytics techniques have proven to be an effective way to analyze biological data.
Do You Know?
The BioVis meetings are intended to educate, inspire, and engage visualization researchers in problems in biological data visualization, as well as bioinformatics and biology researchers in state-of-the-art visualization research.
CONCLUSION:
Biovisualization is a visualization biological system. Biovisualization is analyzing large complex data. So, you can focus on the research in biovisualization. Data visualization is of important tool in the biosciences.
